Otarion Martez Lomax was born on October 28, 2004, in Cleveland, MS to Veronica Williams and Derell Pleasant. He was the first child of two.
Otarion received his early education in Houston, TX, and graduated high school from Westbury High Class of 2023.
Otarion was employed at the Dollar Tree warehouse. He loved playing games, basketball, riding his dirt bike, and fixing on cars.
Otarion was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Elsie Lomax, grandmother Bessie Pleasant, grandfather Ulecee “Buddy” Evans, and great-grandmother Mary Zell Garner.
