Quardreka Waldrop-Payne was born on June 10, 1990 in Cleveland, Mississippi to James and Lorine Waldrop. She was a graduate of Cleveland High School. Quardreka was employed at OSF HealthCare as a Parent Teacher (PT) Financial Navigator, where she was admired and loved by all of her coworkers.
Quardreka, affectionately known as “Dreka” ,enjoyed reading, writing poetry, traveling, and spending quality time with her children and family. She loved helping others, especially women. Dreka always wore a beautiful smile. (she accepted Christ at 8 years old under the leadership of Pastor J. W. Hill Rose Hill M. B. Church Renova, MS )
She was preceded in death by her mother Lorine Hall, her grandparents, Mose and Katherene Waldrop, grandmother, Elmira Hall, aunts Maggie Lurine Woodard and Dorothy Lewis, uncles, Henry Lee Stacy, and Willie Lee Waldrop.
