Sandra Elaine Williams was born June 12, 1965 in Duncan, MS to the late Jerry Randle and Maxine Williams-Randle. 

Sandra attended Ruleville Central High School in Ruleville, MS. Sandra was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. She was an outstanding mother to her three sons, Andrew Williams, Fredrick Williams, and Michael Williams, As well as an outstanding grandmother to her granddaughter Andrewanna Williams and daughter in law Mia Williams. She accepted Christ at an early age.

On Sunday, July 10, 2022, God called Sandra Elaine Williams home. She as preceded in death by her father Jerry Randle and sister Glendora Faye Williams.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Maxine Randle of Memphis, TN, brothers, Jerry B. Williams, Desoto, TX, Ronnie Williams, Freeport, New York, Sister, Shelia Williams, Memphis, TN, Sons, Andrew Williams, Cleveland, MS, Fredrick Williams, Boyle, MS, Michael Williams, Dayton, Ohio, Daughter in Law, Mia Williams, Cleveland, MS and Granddaughter, Andrewanna Williams, Cleveland, MS; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews, cousins and friends.
